Each triggered Action is based on a specific interaction by a Participant who shows active interest in a stay and is willing to consider a booking. This means you respond only to genuine interest.


Once the services for an offer have been activated by the Provider for a fee, no additional costs are incurred for any further actions related to the interested party for the activated offer.

The personalized activation remains in place until the interested party deletes the history for the offer from their HOBIDDS. Providers are informed of this step by email.

FLEX is not tied to any fixed term and can be upgraded to paid plans at any time.
